Within this project EuroProfis company has been developing, organizing, implementing and moderating three day long seminars every year for personnel managers and representatives of company councils and trade unions from all the European companies of Volkswagen concerns for 10 years.
The aim of the project was to improve the employment of certain discriminated groups.
Developing partnership led by DVH CR was aimed at improving employment of certain descriminated groups with the assistance of support of flexible forms of employment contracts and methods of work sharing, particularly job rotation. Analyses, methodologies, pilot projects and handbooks were elaborated within the project. The project was implemented together with 23 Czech partner organizations and with the assistance of transnational cooperation of EQUAL development partnerships from 6 countries implementing similar projects. The project was aimed at analysis, diagnostics, orientation and motivation of the target group of young unemployed and a group of young mothers returning to the labour market. The project mission was to create a bridge between unemployed (motivational, consultancy, educational programmes) and the labour market (analysis of the regional labour market). The role of EuroProfis: project coordinator, methodical guidance in the area of education and implementation of methodology, linkage of supply and demand on the labour market. A standardized system of lifelong professional education of employees in social services was created in the scope of this project.
The project is one of the large-scale system projects implemented by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. Just like other projects, this project deals with essential changes which were brought by the new social services law. The main role of EuroProfis is to manage a team of experts and partner organizations. The aim is to create a system and methodical support to social services providers focused on educating of their employees. A methodology of inspections of social services will be created in the scope of this project.
The project focuses on the area of social services. The aim is to create an efficient system of evaluation and its quality enhancement. A methodology of social services supervision will be formed within the project. A range of experts in the field will be participating on its formation. The next product of the project is the training of 90 new social services quality inspectors and 30 lecturers of inspectors. At the same time the project will help to increase the qualification of current inspectors. All the above mentioned groups will complete a special educational program. Inspectors will be trained in order to be able to identify the correspondence of the provided social service with Standards of quality of social services and suggest the improvement of high-quality social services. The development of a software backing the carrying out of social services quality inspections is a part of the project, too. Further professional education in health service – courses included into the credit system of CAN.
The output of the project is a pilot educational programme within which 120 general nurses will be retrained in health-care centres of the capital city of Prague in the course of the year 2007.
The aim is to familiarise the target group with a range of health care facilities on offer, its properties and parameters, its influence on patients care and his state of health and the particular utilisation of this health care facility in practise. A part of the training is also the development of soft skills.

The aim of the project is the realization of courses for employees of ESF implementation structure.
The aim of the project is to implement courses which will develop the knowledge and abilities of employees of ESF IS in the areas of effective management and control of drawing of financial tools from the European Social Fund. Within the project employees of the implementation structure of ESF (ministries, regional authorities, authorized employment bureaus, etc.) can join language courses, IT courses but above all professional courses. Professional courses are aimed at broadening of knowledge of European legislation, improving the skills of European tools administering and abilities required for effective communication and handling of managerial tasks. Courses are organized according to the most modern trends of teaching and with emphasis on topicality of presented information. The output of agreement audit is a summary report which evaluates the readiness of CR to draw European funds in the new programming period of 2007-2013.
