In 2007 EuroProfis company implements an educational project of Further professional education for general nurses and other non-medical professions of health care facilities in cooperation with the Linet firm and the Czech Association of Nurses. It is a pilot educational project in which there will be 120 general nurses trained from the Central Bohemian Region in 2007, particularly from Regional Hospital of Kladno and Regional Hospital of Kolin which are project partners as well. The aim is to familiarise the target group with a range of health care facilities on offer, its properties and parameters, its influence on patients care and his state of health and the particular utilisation of this health care facility in practise.
The educational programme is formed by 3 modules:

The project focuses on the area of social services. The aim is to create an efficient system of evaluation and its quality enhancement. A methodology of social services supervision will be formed within the project. A range of experts in the field will be participating on its formation. The next product of the project is the training of 90 new social services quality inspectors and 30 lecturers of inspectors. At the same time the project will help to increase the qualification of current inspectors. All the above mentioned groups will complete a special educational program. Inspectors will be trained in order to be able to identify the correspondence of the provided social service with Standards of quality of social services and suggest the improvement of high-quality social services. The development of a software backing the carrying out of social services quality inspections is a part of the project, too. The aim of the project is to implement courses which will develop the knowledge and abilities of employees of ESF IS in the areas of effective management and control of drawing of financial tools from the European Social Fund. Employees of the implementation structure of ESF (ministries, regional authorities, authorized employment bureaus, etc.) can join language courses, IT courses but above all professional courses. Professional courses are aimed at broadening of knowledge of European legislation, improving the skills of European tools administering and abilities required for effective communication and handling of managerial tasks. Courses are organized according to the most modern trends of teaching and with emphasis on topicality of presented information. The project is one of the large-scale system projects implemented by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. Just like other projects, this project deals with essential changes which were brought by the new social services law. The main role of EuroProfis is to manage a team of experts and partner organizations. The aim is to create a system and methodical support to social services providers focused on educating of their employees. The project Breaking the Waves is aimed at promoting equal opportunities for men and women in the labour market. Its aim is to develop system measures which will help to restrain gender-based stereotypes and eliminate the current inequalities on the labour market. The whole project consists of 6 action programmes which thematically cover constituent phases of labour market presence and problems which women and men can face in the course of their carreer. As a member of proEquality coalition, EuroProfis company participates in 2 action programmes Employees and Employers. The target group of the programme of Employees are people returning to the labour market after a period of childcare leave or after caring for an other close person. Professional proEquality consultants will provide them assistance with clarification of the orientation and with particular steps to be taken to get a job.

Executives in firms are the target group of the programme Employers who create conditions for (in)equal opportunities for men and women by their everyday action. The programme encourages executives to greater flexibility in human resources problem-solving connected to equal opportunities. At the same time it shows them advantages the gender-based human resources management can bring as long as they respect its principles.

IMPEX international project is aimed at educating and extending of competences of workers in production.
Partners from four countries work within the project of IMPEX on know-how and software development which will help to draw an optimal educational plan for manufacturing firms for their workers aimed at particular company needs and particular workers at the same time. A wide range of prestigious manufacturing firms are also involved in the project. These firms codevelop and test a product. They guarantee the product to be widely utilizable in practise. The ideal worker will become a standard.
The product will help to set the educational process so that the workers in production can flexibly react on impulses from practise and to join them with the need for education. At the same time education will help them in optimizing processes which they are a part of. It strengthens their solidarity towards the firm, focuses on understanding of their importance and position in the firm and indicates succession to the work of their colleagues in other parts of the manufacturing process.

In 2007 EuroProfis company implements the educational project Job-rotation Vysočina in cooperation with AABYSS. The aim of the project is to extend the awareness of possibilities for using flexible forms of work in the Vysočina Region, implementation of know-how, application of the job-rotation method and creation of a basis for utilization of the Job-rotation method in the region. The project is designed for personnel managers, consultants, lecturers and advisers from the employment bureau.

EuroProfis company provides consultancy in the area of Endowment management and assistance in project management to project managers of Maidavale Ltd. language school within this educational project of grant. It is about a standard service within which we provide consultancy for questions in the area of finance, interpretation of receivers handbook and for expert questions in the area of applied project management. At the same time experts consult the content aspect of processes of education, project monitoring and publicity. We also provide support in project accounting process setup and regular processing of monitoring reports including a payment application. It is about a service package adapted to particular needs of a client.
Project Find a job is designed for short-term unemployed in the region of Vysočina and aimed at increasing of opportunities for asserting themselves on the labour market. Except for the short-term unemployed (those registered in the unemployment bureaus for less than 12 months, persons under 25 registered in the uneployment bureaus for less than 6 months), the employed who are imminent to lose their jobs in the future as a result of low or inappropriate qualification can also join the project. Clients attend short orientation and motivation courses within which they can better discover their possibilities and use them better to get a job. After that, the clients go through work diagnostics which helps to choose the most appropriate pointed retraining demanded in the region, however at the same time in compliance with the client´s orientation. Clients also complete a relevant retraining within the project. The output of the project is to find work for 230 people. In order to make the project consultants as near as possible to the clients, five regional centres have been established in the region of Vysočina - Havlíčkův Brod, Pelhřimov, Jihlava, Třebíč and Žďár nad Sázavou. Project called Returning to work is a follow-up of the project called Finding a job in the region of Vysočina and it focuses on activities to increase the opportunities of the long-term unemployed for asserting themselves on the labour market (those registered in the unemployment bureaus for more than 12 months, persons under 25 registered in the uneployment bureaus for more than 6 months). This project offers orientation and motivation courses to clients who look for a job or need to enhance their qualification. Within the courses clients can better discover their possibilities and use them better to get a job. In the second phase of the project clients go through work diagnostics which helps to choose the most appropriate pointed retraining demanded in the region, however at the same time in compliance with the client´s orientation. Retraining can be done by clients directly in the project. The output of the project is to find work for at least 90 people. In order to make the project consultants as near as possible to the clients, five regional centres were established in the region of Vysočina - Havlíčkův Brod, Pelhřimov, Jihlava, Třebíč and Žďár nad Sázavou. The aim is to familiarise the target group with a range of health care facilities on offer, its properties and parameters, its influence on patients care and his state of health and the particular utilisation of this health care facility in practise. A part of the training is also the development of soft skills.
Training of care persons
EuroProfis company is the contractor of education for the Association for Community Education in this project. 210 care persons and hospital attendants from the region of Ustec will be retrained within the scope of the project in 2007. The aim is to familiarise the target group with a range of health care facilities on offer, its properties and parameters, its influence on patients care and his state of health and the particular utilisation of this health care facility in practise. A part of the training is also the development of soft skills.

Administrative support of the project implementor of Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs arises by coordination of separate activities of the project "Education in implementation of social services quality standards". EuroProfis Ltd. assures the publicity of the project, communicational connection of individual partners in the project and coordination of all activities in order to fulfill the project aim – forming of a single system of implementation of social services quality standards and support of a unified creation of quality standards for individual types of social services. Preliminary and interim educational audits occured in close cooperation with the project partner, CS-PROJECT Ltd. company and the project sponsor Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. Contents of educational courses, their suitability for the target group and the degree of completion of separate courses by their participants were analysed within audits. Audits were stemming from information gained from processed professional assessments concerning the content and didactics of education and from individual deeper discussions. All the information were considered in the context of the whole system of further professional education of the ESF implementation structure. The project was successfully finished in January 2007.
Agreement audit is a complex control of all the state institutions connected to the implementation of structural funds which stems from requirements of European Commission. The output of agreement audit is a summary report which evaluates the readiness of CR to draw European funds in the new programming period of 2007-2013. The project covers the company of Pricewaterhouse Coopers. EuroProfis company is its only partner.
