EuroProfis company was established in 1997. It submitted and managed projects in EU pre-accession programmes and initiatives as one of the first in CR. Now it is a part of a net of consultancy companies of Draxl & Zehetner Consulting Network Wien. EuroProfis established a subsidiary company bit cz training together with the Austrian company bit Schulungszentrum GesmbH aimed at educating in the context of labour market needs.
During a decade of our activity we have gained experience in development and management of projects in the area of Human Resources Development and innovations for the labour market. Particular areas of our expertise are project management (preparation, implementation and evaluation of projects), education, coaching, system solutions, analyses and studies.
The expert base is formed by 21 internal team members and more than one-hundred cooperating national and international experts. Except for profiting from individual professionals, our clients and partners profit from cooperation with partner organizations on the national and European level. Public service institutions, industrial enterprises, profitable subjects and non-for-profit organizations are included among our partners and customers. We cooperate with organizations of public service and self-government, multinational concerns, with small and medium-sized enterprises and non-for-profit organizations.
Our clients and partners are united by the effort to participate in the European integration process and to utilise it as a factor of support for the development of their organization and creation of effective national and European nets.
Founding of the company before the accession of CR to EU was lead by the effort to utilise the know-how of copartners and gather sound, long-term business experience already in the pre-accession period. In the beginnings the company was building on the experience of the old member countries of EU.
At present, the internal team is formed by 21 experts, project managers, coordinators and assistants. The capacity of the internal team is completed by more than one-hundred consultants and experts from Czech Republic and several other EU countries.
